Mystic River Homes, Inc. (MRH) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Residents’ rents and subsidies from the USDA Department of Rural Affairs (The Cottages) and the CT Department of Housing (The Congregate) cover the day-to-day operations of this valuable community housing resource.

Donations are greatly appreciated and are an essential component of funding for the ongoing maintenance of Mystic River Homes, Inc.

Donations fund grant writing, which enables the Board to make large capital improvements and infrastructure investments essential to maintaining a housing complex of this size.

Donations also fund the program activities that are so important to the engagement and lives of our residents.
