Mystic River Homes, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization led by a volunteer board of directors.
Providing disabled and elderly rental housing facilities and services for low or moderate incomes in a home-like living community environment.
Mystic River Homes, Inc is comprised of two housing complexes. 201 Elm Street, “The Cottages:” and 205 Elm Street, “The Congregate.”
The mission of Mystic River Homes is to promote the social welfare of the community by providing, on a nonprofit basis, rental housing and related facilities and services appropriate for the special needs and living requirements of elderly or disabled persons of low or moderate income without regard to their race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin.
